Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Orders generally ship in 1 to 3 business days.  

Cases: Please expect a one week delay on all Eurorack cases.

Systems: Please expect a two week delay on completed systems and a one week delay on system kits.

Free US Shipping -- Orders over $99 ship free in the US! We'll use the cheapest option possible, but more often than not that means Priority Mail. Excludes shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Excludes cases.

Express Orders -- We offer Fedex Express and USPS Express mail.  We don't typically ship same day, but we can on express orders. If you would like to place an express order and have it shipped the same day, please call us at 503-417-1130 and we'll take your order over the phone!

For Fedex Express orders, please note that the number of transit days does not include the day it was shipped.  For example, if a package is shipped 2 Day Air on Wednesday, it will arrive on Friday.   We do not have a Fedex Saturday delivery option. If you need help figuring out shipping times, give us a call!

International orders -- Our store is not responsible for any duties or taxes on international orders.  We cannot send merchandise marked as a "gift."

International shipping methods:
  • First Class Mail International is the cheapest option. It does not track packages beyond US borders unless your country is on this list. First Class packages can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to arrive. Packages over 4 pounds cannot ship via First Class.
  • Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) and Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days) will track a package all the way to its destination. If you are worried about customs fraud or lost packages, these two services are very good.
Packaging -- We ship green! When possible, we used recycled boxes and packaging materials to ship orders. Don't worry, we won't use boxes that are not sturdy. But don't be surprised if your order comes in a Mouser box.


Returns

We take returns on all undamaged completed units.  Kits and PCBs can also be returned, but ONLY if they are not soldered/built.  There is a 5% restocking fee on all returns unless a completed unit that we built is not working (see below).

Kits:

If you are missing a component from your kit, please email or call us immediately. Our kits are handpicked and errors, although rare, can occur (we're only human). We'll send you out what you need and we'll make sure to hook you up.

Completed units:

If you have a manufacturer's defect on your completed unit, we will fix it within 1 year of purchase.  That's right, 1 YEAR.  It's our no-lemon guarantee.  In this situation, we will send you a shipping label, repair the unit, and send it back free of charge.  Just contact us and let us know what's wrong.


 
Payment

Payment can be made via credit/debit card or Paypal.  We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

 
Out-of-Stock Products:  If for any reason there will be a delay in your order, we will notify you immediately. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.



Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to send you order updates and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to our store.  This is completely voluntary; you have to check a box when you create an account or sign up at the Mailing List on the right side of the page.  We will not automatically sign you up for our newsletter, and we do not distribute or sell customer information to other businesses.  You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to our store. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
