Get the bare-bones kit version of our 4093 Choas NAND! The barebones kit comes with all of the components that go directly on the PCB but does not have any parts that need to be wired in. This is perfect for those that have an unique idea for a case and want easy flexibility with the switches, jacks, and other wired where our version may just not be fitting for your case design.
This product is the Chaos NAND Barebones Kit and will require you to find sources for the remaining components. This kit does not come with any wired components such as switches, jacks, and potentiometers. You will only get the parts pictured in the photo. Please check the BOM (link further below) to see what other parts you will need.
The 4093 NAND Synth is a super-modifiable noise generator that will knock your socks off with its sheer amount of sonic potential! Low pulsing drones, random robotic chaos, high-pitched laser sounds - it's all here in this small package.
A great project to begin your explorations into the world of DIY sound synthesis, the PCB was designed with the beginner in mind. Board-mountable switches, tension-relief power supplies, socketed IC, hands-on knobs and switches for tone control, and a detailed silkscreen PCB to help you solder components right the first time.
The 4093 NAND Synth Kit includes all of the components that you'll need to build your own synth. Powered by a 9V battery, an AC Adapter rated at 5-12V 200mA Center Negative polarity can also be used.
We recommend our 232i Plastic Synth Case for the Nand Synth Kit.
